The SREE
CHAITANYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGICAL SCIENCES was established in 2008
with the setting up of the Sree Chaitanya Institute of Technological
Sciences at Thimmapur, Karimnagar. Spread over 41 acres of land in the
L.M.D colony area at Thimmapur, Karimnagar, and the institute is
affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University,Hyderabad
and has obtained the approval of the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).SREE
CHAITANYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGICAL SCIENCES offers a verdant and peaceful environment, highly conductive
to education. The institute’s facilities, in addition to its enormous
campus, includes spacious lecture halls, laboratories housing the latest
training equipment, a well-stocked library, a computer center and
facilities for sports and extra-curricular activities. A highly

About Training & Placement Department
Sree Chaitanya Institute of Technological Sciences, Karimnagar was established in the year 2008 with a vision
of “Emerge as a Globally Respected Group of Educational Institutions,
Generating a Superior Brand of Scholars enriching Human Life” and a mission
of “Impart Knowledge to Students, instill Discipline in them and
Develop their Personality, paving their Path to a World of Opportunities
in Life”. To meet the global challenges and requirements, Sree
Chaitanya entered into MOU with MNC’s, Job Portals and Consultancies.
The Training and Placement department of Sree Chaitanya Institute of
Technological Sciences was set up in November 2008 with a view to bridge
the gap between academics and industries and enable the students to get
the employment opportunities right in the campus while they pursuing
their studies. The department interacts and invites the reputed
organizations across the country for arranging interactive sessions and
pre-placement talk sessions for the benefit of students.
To make them more professional we are providing in-house training
programs like soft-skills, technical skills and CRT (Campus Recruitment
Training) programs. In addition to these activities, the department
provides career council sessions to set their goals and motivating them
to achieve it.

putting efforts to send most of the students for Internship Program
which helps them “in-plant training to enhance their technical ability
and gain exposure to the practical world”. Apart from internship program
we also providing Industrial Visits to reputed companies to gain
knowledge about industrial activities and work culture.
To make them more professional we are providing in-house training
programs like soft-skills, technical skills and CRT (Campus Recruitment
Training) programs. In addition to these activities, the department
provides career council sessions to set their goals and motivating them
to achieve it.
Since the time of its
inception the department continuously supports students in carving
their career with the help of career guidance sessions. We are also
providing orientation sessions on their pursuing course and knowing them
the importance of mini and major projects.
The department is
equipped with good infrastructure like dashboard, conference and seminar
halls with Audio-Visual systems. The department also providing
literature, career guidance & motivation books, material to
students.
The department is strengthening their activities with the support of placement coordinators and students.
